This (demo) geolocalized webapp allows you to find in the vicinity of your electric vehicle (car or motocycle) a private citizen available to lend an electric outlet for charging it, for example in the courtyard or in her/his garage.

The app allows people to register, describe their service and arrange payment via Paypal or credit card.

 

Drivers can use this service charging ther vehicle while away from the car for errands or for leisure, or if during the journey or holiday stop for the night.

 

There is a client side that locates the car and distributors available nearby, and a server side which enrolls the private owners of electricity outlets available to provide the service.

Suppliers must specify places, space, time and manner of service.

 

The app managers provide on demand systems to transform the house outlet in a source of income: from economic models from 16 EUR, to wall blocks, or multi-user columns. Alternatively, the supplier can independently buy these devices from outside vendors.

 

The service provider can then either make available a simple home electrical outlet, with appropriate extensions and connectors, or organize a unit for the fast supply, space for the shelter of the car in the event of prolonged supply, waiting room, overnight opportunities, and so on.

 

Also B&B, Hotels, Restaurants, Resorts, garage, workshops, companies with driveways,   Shopping centers  , car sharing services etc.  can add themselves to the app database.

 

Customers can view the various suppliers located at the required distance, contact them, arrange the service and pay via Paypal or credit card.

 

The app crosses the scenery of the sharing economy with that of the green economy: it is configured both as a source of income for many privates and as a trigger for the spread, so far restrained,  of the electric vehicle market and as a consequence for the reduction of harmful emissions.

 

The value of the app is global, because every country is looking for alternative energy sources to oil and set itself the goal of reducing harmful emissions. In particular, the app is of immediate interest for countries such as China in search of quick solutions for the reduction of the dramatic rate of pollution.
